My boxing career started back in 2011, I was a late starter as spent my teens and early 20's playing football for a local club. However after rupturing the ACL in my right knee twice it was time to call it a day!

Trade School provides young people with a fantastic opportunity to work with skilled trades people, trying out different trades and gaining some basic construction skills in bricklaying, carpentry, painting, plumbing and tiling whilst working in a fun, friendly and safe environment. As human beings from time to time we all find ourselves worrying over something. You maybe the sort of person who wakes up at 5.00am ruminating over some perceived difficulty you are facing, or just get constantly distracted during the day by some worry that just keeps churning round in your mind. One of the most discussed difficulties with clients in my clinic is rumination, that inability to just let unhelpful thoughts go.

September in particular can be a heavily emotional month; not only are the heady days of summer and family time drawing to a close but for some parents it is time to say 'bon voyage' to those children leaving the nest and facing a new stage in their lives,
Choosing the right therapist to work with can be difficult and in some cases definitely a process of trial and error.
