NHS Mid Essex Talking Therapies is hosting a series of ‘Diabetes and Emotional Wellbeing’ webinars. This webinar will be co-presented by Emma Bunn, Specialist Diabetes Dietitian Lead for the East and North Diabetes Service. The webinar will explore the relationship between physical and mental health when living with Diabetes. It will introduce Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and explain from a CBT perspective how emotional wellbeing can be impacted when living with Diabetes and present different coping strategies based on CBT that can be used to improve emotional wellbeing when living with Diabetes.
